Amy Archer's photography falls into three categories: Place Portraits, Abstracts and Single Images. Her Place Portraits are created with a composition of 12 to 15 single photographs, neither cropped, cut nor altered, glued down on museum board. Her commissions throughout the United States include homes, public spaces, museums, gardens, etc. Her Abstracts, three of which are in the collection of the Portland Art Museum, Portland, OR, are one or more images repeated digitally on photo rag paper.
