Amy Archer’s photography falls into three categories: Place Portraits, Abstracts and Single Images. Her Place Portraits are created with 12 to 18 single photographs, neither cropped, cut or photo shopped, glued down on museum board. Her commissions include homes, stage sets, offices, public spaces, etc. Her Abstract pieces are one or more images printed digitally on photo rag paper: swimming pool objects, birch trees, etc. Her Single Images are of the daily, usually quiet: ocean, sky, road ways.
